Worst year for my business! The staff are rude, condescending and because majority are related to Chris complaints are not taking serious!Once whilst at exhibition for few days my Mobile was inundated with calls as they could not get through on switchboard, our lineswere down, tried to get it sorted and took them several days to resolve it.The Management just don’t renew your lease ifYou Complain to them.Thankfully found much better serviced offices whilst the building was not as ‘flashy’ it was real 5* Service. Having spoken to other office users in the building they all said the same!Don’t be suckered into their flash sales talk and nice building, my advice steer clear if you want your business to grow! My business took off after I left here.

Impressive building located on the west side of Donnegal Square. It was built in the years when Belfast was booming. Construction was started in 1897 and completed in 1902. It was built in the neoclassical style and was designed by architects Young and Macenzie. The building is constructed from Giffnoch sandstone. The crest in the pediment is made from bronze. The central bay of this building is interesting. Engraved on it are four panels with carvings that represented Belfast's main industries of the time:1) Printing2) Ropemaking3) Shipbuilding4) SpinningIt's original intended use was as an office block. Today, it houses offices, but on the ground floor, there are numerous shops, cafés and restaurants. It's a very impressive building. If you visit Belfast City Hall, you will be able to see this building very easily.

During Covid the main reception is closed. You need to enter via the side entrance on round the corner beside the mortgage shop. This entrance has steps and is not wheelchair accessible.
