It’s a McDonald’s. Drive through, kids play area, lots of seating, inside and out. Toilets were small but clean. Next to Aldi.

Wrong as usual. Ordered double Big Mac meal, got a plain and old tasting Big Mac in a double BM boxNice. A Big Mac meal for a tenner the. Scarpered before you even notice. Thanks.I honestly don’t know how the people running this franchise manage to get their underpants on in the morning.

10/02/123: food cold. No sauces. Chips never seen a frier, they were raw!!! Unseasoned!10/08/22: Food inadequate, cold, missing items! Not what was paid for!! Plain burger came with cheese when requested plain. Allergy reasons.

Lovely happy staff, friendly and helpful lady cleaned my table when I finished my food. This is the high-end level of work you would get to see in a high-end restaurant. Good on her.

I got a late night Spicy Big Mac meal deal here using my he drive through. There was a bit of delay at the drive through even though there was no queue. The Big Mac itself is actually big, was very spicy and tasty. The strawberry milkshake was good quality, same as the chips, albeit not a lot. The car park is very big and accessible. One thing I don’t understand is why Macdonalds restaurants don’t put serviette in the food bags if customers don’t ask for it. This should be standard for pick up and drive through customers.

This place is ridiculous, they are unable to process an order properly, sauces and dips are always missing, so be prepared you might not get half of the stuff you ordered

This is a nice place undoubtedly as it's in a perfect area where all the shoppers want to have some quick food and relax...plenty of parking spaces...I had to give 2 star for their service are poor, inexperienced staff and not communicative at all. We ordered for veggie wraps along with other stuff, and no one informed that wraps are not available, we were kept in waiting for nearly 40 minutes. When I asked the manager, could you explain why this delay etc.? Then his response is 'I just came in mate!' and did not bother to understand fully about what we went through. This clearly shows the working staff, including managers are inexperienced over there and on top of everything, we ended up getting 'Uncooked Fries' which we realised after coming home! My wife ended up air frying the fries at home to make them eatable!Did not bother to go back to the manager and speak to them about it and hence 3 star for food.This has happened around 10pm on 8th September, 2023 the order was placed around 9.30pm (number 55).

Food is ok but service and attitude very poor. There’s a time and place for sass but it’s not at work towards your customers. Had to get Manager involved. McDonalds in general is going downhill - the franchise model is too hit and miss and clearly customer service at this one in particular has suffered. Avoid if you value good manners when something goes wrong, if you don’t give a ****, then carry on because they don’t.

Some nice people in there and also helpful staff. Only ever grab a cuppa but this McDonald's seems pretty decent.
