I recently had a leaking shower and I was very impressed with the service I received from James. He was very responsive to my initial inquiry and he was able to come out to my home the same day. He was also very good at communicating with me throughout the process, and he kept me updated on his progress.When he arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem and he was able to fix the leak very quickly and professionally. He also cleaned up after himself and he left my home in good condition.I would highly recommend Hendon and Hampstead Plumbing Ltd to anyone who needs a plumber. James is a highly skilled plumber, very reliable, he is good at communicating, and he does excellent work.

I’ve used Hendon & Hampstead plumbing recently and have always found James to be extremely polite and professional. He installed a water tank and pump for me in a property with low water pressure. He dealt with the manufacturer to design and install the system which has resolved the water pressure issue. He did the work very quickly, tested the system and cleaned up afterwards. He always responds to questions promptly and keeps the customer informed at all times. I have no hesitation in recommending him for any plumbing issues.

No one wants their boiler to break down.. however James made it very easy to sort. Spending lots of time checking/diagnosing the issues then talking through what needed to be done and sorted the problem! Very friendly and professional, highly recommend!

James at H&H Plumbing Ltd attended our property in the last week to investigate and diagnose a very troublesome leak in our home which we think was poor installation from a previous plumber fitting our facilities. We have been desperatley trying to fix this for some time, and unfortunately have had several costly, half-hearted and unsuccessul attempts by other plumbers to make our situation more difficult. From the get-go, James was professional, courteous, articulate, clear and very patient. James is obviously knowledgable about his work through his explanation. The job was tricky to diagnose but his thoughts were 100% correct and the fix was done immediatley, and covering all angles. His work was impressively clean, precise and professional, and we were very happy to have followed his recommendations and the options he gave us which was quoted at a very fair price. The completed work was just excellent and a very high standard finish. James is very pleasant and approachable to have working around the property which gave us a lot of confidence in him. He always comes prepared with his van and the right gear so he does not waste your time. It was clear to see that James enjoys his job and works with honesty and integrity, and likes to get to the bottom of things for you as quickly and with as little disruption to your day as possible. He is trustworthy and highly recommended.
