Laura J Pilates - classes at Faringdon Catholic Church Hall

Laura's always doing research and finding new ways to encourage her classes. I've been attending for 20 years. She always explains why you're doing what she's asking of you and exactly how you should feel if you're doing things correctly. Her classes are small so she's aware of anyone who isn't quite on the right path. She's very knowledgeable and a gentle teacher with a sense of humour and the classes are friendly and welcoming.
