Desperate after failing to get anyone else out. The Worthing branch sent a man called Shane within 2 hours who did the necessary job with no fuss. So grateful as had 3 young children staying. More than satisfied.

Used ATB several times - always very prompt and sorted problems for us that others have failed to do. My go to plumbers in this area and i will use again. Recommended.

A total rip off. Charged £125 per half an hour. Stopped the leak temporarily, but did not fix the problem, which leaked again the next day. When I called them re the 3 month warranty, they tried to say it was only to stop the leak but not to do the repair itself (who calls a plumber to stop a leak but not do the repair?) I was charged £525 for less than 2 hours work. I had to pay £600 for another plumber to repair the damage done by these cowboys who were not willing to rectify the issue. Inspectors stated that these people should be reported to trading standards, which is what I intend to do. DO NOT USE. They are rude and unhelpful once they have your money....

Called out at 9pm , gave a thorough review of the situation and fixed whilst keeping my tenant informed . Will use again

Take heed of the reviews fellow customers!This is not the plumbing support you need.They use the oldest trick in the book - do jobs in such a way that you have to pay them again to fix a simple problem. Then claim you are rude for not standing for it.Give your money to a thief and don't waste time with them.This is a 2nd message to make sure reasons are clear

Our neighbours's ceiling got wet and dripping water because of a broken pipe of our washing machine in a very late evening hour. They were adamant to call a plumber to make sure that the origin of water is the broken pipe not something else. It was a real challenge to find someone who was willing to come after midnight.This services was incredibly professional and we found the plumber's kindness so uplifting in the middle of the night and in the mids of neighbour's angriness :-)highly recommended

Exploitative and unfair charging. 20 to 30 minutes on the job on a late night call out and he didn’t complete the job.As a landlord I was overseas so my student-tenant paid £315 which I reimbursed.I contacted the vendor and received no response, hence this review. My plumber said it should have been less than £200 for an emergency call out.

Fantastic response, 9:30pm I called up 10:10 the engineer was here. He explained everything so clearly and did the work to a high standard. The engineer Shane was fantastic to myself and wife. He showed both of us what we need to do. Thank you Shane massive respect to you and your team
