Took my Sonder in to get looked at, after being knocked off my bike. Staff looked it over, straightened and tightened her up, and refused payment!Thank you for a great service, and on a bank holiday, too!

Very friendly staff, I wish I had come here sooner! After a poor experience buying a bike at a well known toy shop in Crayford, I came here just to look at bikes for my other child. The woman in the shop was very helpful, she let my shy 4 year old sit on a bike to check the size and gave me advice on what sort of things to buy - all without any pressure. I’ll definitely be buying our next bike from here, too!

Cycle King is one of the worst places i have ever been to. They know nothing about bikes. My mate came in with a carrera and said he just needed some oil but didnt look enough. He needed new forks but the guy there said nothing about new forks, he also said he would have to pay for them but he has warranty on the bike. The guys there have no clue what they are talking about. If you want to get your bike fixed then defiantly go to Halfords

The service here (DARTFORD BRANCH) was excellent and you really felt valued as a customer, all the staff were very attentive and hands on especially Catherine who made my little girl feel very confident and pleased with her new bike. Would definitely use again and strongly recommend

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.Bought a brand new bike.Noticed it had a small scratch on the paintwork,took it straight back in was offered 10% off of money back no quibble.Wasn't even a shop issue I think more manufacturers quality control.Anyway excellent service
