Returned an item that was nowhere near the size advertised and never got a refund. Almost two months later, emails to customer support have been ignored and nobody answers the phone. Will never order from Bellfield again.

Do not order from here, I am nearly two weeks waiting on an order, first one was lost in transit not even as much as an Apology from their Head of Customer ServiceThey’ve apparently sent the order out but as per the tracking it hasn’t moved from their warehouse

I don't understand all the bad reviews here I've bought quite a few clothes from these over the years and never had any issues. Most recently this week with no problems with delivery and the garment that arrived is good quality especially for the price paid.

They took my money and stop answering.Bought a Red Jacket on dec 9th(which is available on their website). As of december 21, no updates and no answer to my emails. It is beyond frustrating.I want the jacket or my money back ASAP!

Don't send emails with a subject of 'Your order' when I haven't ordered anything to get me to look at black Friday offers. Dishonest practices.

Do not order from Bellfield Clothing. I gave them a try, one week later I didn't even have an order confirmation, although they did take my money from PayPal.I contacted Bellfield, no reply. I opened a PayPal dispute, and after a few weeks, Bellfield had made no contact to resolve the issue.Fortunately for me, PayPal settled the dispute in my favour.Do not buy from Bellfield - their system is clearly broken, and their customer service is just as bad.
