Came within one hour of call, polite, got on with job and left no mess. Definitely use this company again.

Came when he said he would (always a good start). Replaced a leaking pipe in a tricky area, under floorboards and surrounded by other pipes and electrical cables. Good job at a fair price.

Honestly, we can't thank Nigel enough for his work once again, go back down these reviews and you'll see he saved us from a previous leak not 18months ago from our bathroom into the kitchen.Called him up less than 90 minutes ago for a leak in a central heating pipe (It wasnt quite 8am). He's been, he's fixed it and we now have everything working again!Thanks again Nigel, lifesaver with a 3yo in the house! You're going on speed dial at this rate!

Called out today (Sunday 27.11.22) for an emergency leak with bathroom. Came within the hour as promised. Found the fault and fixed the issue with no problems. Helped a stranded single mum get her water back on. Will def recommend and I will be saving his number for future issues. Pricing was spot on as well.

Didn't turn up on the first agreed date so had to chase up. Then came the second time and left within 5 minutes as he didn't have the tools for a boiler service somehow. Came back a 3rd time and did a boiler service but left a messy job and the boiler pressure is now at number 3. We had an old cannon in our garden which he was interested in so he was going to sort out a couple of minor jobs (insulate a pipe outside, change a valve on a radiator). Was due to come back to sort these out the following day but I stupidly gave him the cannon and he hasn't been back. Rang today to see if he's coming back and he hung up the phone on me. Very rude and unprofessional person. Avoid.

Contacted Nigel explained pressure release valve needed replacing on a worchester boiler, initial contact was made in the evening of the 8th December. He said can not come out but will do next morning. I said ok advised him of 2 infants living in the house says yeah no problems will be out tomorrow at 10. Received a phone call at 9:30 on Friday 9th saying running an hour late I said no problems see you then. Received a message at 10:30 saying get somebody else.

Nigel couldn’t have come to the rescue more when I put a tack through my heating pipe. He came as quickly as he could despite it being late one evening. He was friendly, professional, really reasonably priced and made regular contact to arrange coming back to continue the repair. Always made an effort to tidy too. Absolutely recommend!

I called to arrange a plumber at 7pm and after chasing 20 minutes later, he called to say he was burnt out and agreed to come back at 10am the following morning. I very half heartedly chased again the next morning, 15 minutes later and received no response. I understand it's the time of year when trades people can pick and choose their work but the lack of respect for people and their time is very disappointing

Fantastic service!! I had a leak which needed attention straight away, called Nigel due to the good reviews on Google and he arrived within the hour on a Sunday. Unfortunately, it couldn’t be repaired there and then due to being a unusual pipe system but he arrived promptly the next morning to sort it. Pricing was extremely reasonable, will definitely be calling him again.

Had been left with no heating or hot water for nearly 2 weeks due to being constantly let down by someone else. Rang Nigel and he came straight round the next morning.He was lovely and reassured me he would get my boiler sorted and he did at a very reasonable price. Will definitely use him again in the future.
