Fix Bike Go

I found Horace at FixBikeGo through social media. I know nothing about fixing bikes so I sent Horace some pictures of the issue and tried to explain things as best as I could. Horace came to pick up my bike the next day and upon looking at the bike explained that he needed a specific part, however there were over 200 different parts and that he needed some time to find the right one. Just over a week later Horace returned my bike fully fixed and looking like new! Thanks so much Horace!

Horace was cooking his tea but made time to fix my imploded inner tube. Got home safe and stressfree cause of him. Efficient, friendly and flexible. Thank you.

Lovely Horace came as arranged (he was nice enough to text he was running a bit late which I liked). He showed me how to take off the tyre and inspect it for the puncture site. Embarrassingly there was no puncture but he gave me a mini tutorial abt tyres and how to use my pump properly! He said he would let me know if any proper cycle maintenance courses come up; I think he could tell i was a bit clueless. Good price too; was happy to pay for our mini tutorial and the new tube anyway

What an excellent bike mechanic, Horace has been a god send. He came out today for the second time to sort out what I thought was a puncture, but turned out to be a bad inner tube. With it being a new e-bike I wasn't to sure about taking the back wheel off without some professional help. He took the time to go through the process and has given me the confidence going forward to tackle any future problems regarding tyre/wheel issues. His guidance was above and beyond just fixing a puncture...and he has the patience to make learning basic maintenance a good experience. Definitely would recommend Horace @ FixBikeGo to anyone who needs a professional and friendly bike mechanic, he will get to you within a day or two. Also he is reasonably well priced compared to the bike shops. Will definitely call him again if I have any repairs outside of my experience. Much better than some of the negative experiences I have had with some of the bigger bike retailers, who don't always give a good service or price. Thanks Horace

Horace knows his onions. All reviews are accurate as far as my experience today is concerned. Built bike, gave useful advise and I am glad to say I won’t be going back to high st bike shops again.

Horace did a great job of fixing my bike.Nice bloke who gave me good advice as well as the repairs.Handy that he can come to you rather than you having to travel.

Called round today to rescue my front and rear gears on a road bike after I’d tried and failed myself to adjust.Gears are now shifting nicely, smooth and quiet.Would happily recommend and will certainly be using again when needed.

Friendly guy, Did exactly what he said he would do, called me to let me know he was on his way, the repair was fast and he takes card payments, so I think 10/10 Im very happy with the service.
