They worked extremely hard to ensure the property was ready to move into as soon as it was possible, and communicated to us throughout. I cannot recommend Hunters Kingswood enough - our house sale chain did not run smoothly at the bottom of the chain (we were at the top) and I can honestly say if it wasn’t for Jades professionalism and efficiency in her job role, I believe I would have lost my new home.Absolutely amazing service from Jade and the whole team - professional, efficient never gave up and genuinely cared. We have recently completed on a house that was sold by Hunters Kingswood, Tess showed us around the property and has been on hand throughout to support our journey. She has been professional, responsive, extremely polite to my million silly questions nothing was too much bother. Leading up to completion we dealt with other members of the Kingswood team who were equally professional & responsive, thank you. We have no intentions to move anytime soon but if we did we would use Hunters Kingswood. Thank you Tess for making our first house purchase a dream process.

Sold a house with Hunters who are emotionally invested and sensitive" because they know "what a stressful time it is". That was their sales pitch anyway.From day one we had hardly any comunication from them.They sent someone round unnanounced because they booked her in at the wrong property.They left windows open and lights on.The day before exchange our buyer's solicitors had no computers or phones

The customer service we receive from Jade was amazing! We needed a super fast buy and Jade did everything in her power to make that happen, with regular updates we was always kept in the loop! The service compared to another estate agents we previously used was a massive difference and i would always go back to Hunters! Thank you guys you made it a really easy process!
