excellent service..great holiday

I have booked several holidays through the Hinckley branch and always excellent service. They remember me when I go in and they usually call after the holiday to check you enjoyed it.

I have used the Holiday Lounge in Burbage now, for quite a few years, when we have booked holidays abroad. I have to say that the staff there are always very pleasant and helpful. Often my bookings are a bit complex as we are booking for our friends who live in Aberdeen as well, so not only multiple departure points, but also multiple people deciding on the ideal hotel. But every time I go in and try to sort this, the staff are very patient whilst everything gets discussed and agreed.So I would definitely recommend the Holiday Lounge, if you prefer to have an expert sort everything, like we do !!
