Meridian Handpans

Meridian made us a beautiful C Ashakiran instrument to support our Music in Healthcare work with people living with dementia. Duncan was very helpful in identifying the best instrument for our needs, and Meridian were incredibly generous in their support of our work, providing us with several extra notes without additional charge. We appreciate this gesture, and are delighted with the sound and feel of this wonderful instrument. It is already having a great impact on our work!

Beautiful instruments, amazing craftsmanship and great service. My first experience of Meridian Handpans was the beginners course which was excellent and got me hooked, and I have since been back twice to purchase 2 Handpans, a D Kurd and E Sabye which are incredible. Duncan and Marketa are always super helpful and friendly with any questions and the after care seems great. Huge recommendation from me.

I have spent a very long time deliberating about which handpan to buy and from which provider. It's a lot of money to make a wrong decision! Finally, after listening to videos and looking at the website thoroughly, I chose Meridian Handpans.I am so glad I did. The handpan not only sounds beautiful, it looks gorgeous too. The wait time and delivery were handled professionally and warmly, and I would strongly recommend Meridian if you are looking to buy a handpan.

Duncan brought my severely out of tune 2nd gen Panart hang back to life, and for a very reasonable price given the work involved.Lovely chap, very knowledgeable, and generous with his expertise and time. The difference in sound quality between my 15 year old hang and the new Meridian models is astounding, and I highly recommend them to any aspiring handpan player.

I was able to attend one of the workshops led by Marketa a year ago and was also able to see how the handpans were expertly made by Duncan and the team. It was an excellent weekend that led me to being immediately hooked, and now a year on I am the proud owner of one of Meridian's incredible instruments. I could not be happier with the quality of the workmanship and its beautiful sound, and would certainly recommend the Meridian team!

I recently purchased a B Amara handpan from Meridian. The handpan is immaculate and plays like a dream, and the Meridian team are lovely people; always helpful and incredibly knowledgeable. Their craftmanship is second to none - I can thoroughly recommend them if you are looking to purchase one of these fine instruments.

Not only amazing quality instruments, but the after care is next level. I was recently at a festival where Duncan took time out his day to fine tune a year old Meridian. Could not recommend Meridian more, if you are looking for a pan.

After deciding that i wanted to purchase my first handpan, I decided upon a Meridian. I was not shopping price, but rather I wanted an instrument that would not disappoint me after a short time.Now that I have had it for a while I can honestly say that I am truly impressed with my instrument. The craftsmanship is superb, build, patina, and finish of the heat treated stainless steel a thing of beauty.The sound produced is both loud, rich, and pure. Astonishingly the tuning is within a very few cycles per second of perfect as checked with my chromatic tuner, something that i did not think possible with any pan type instrument. Kudos to the person at Meridian who tuned mine.Best of all the price point is quite reasonable for the level of quality of this British made hand pan.I know that this fine instrument will be with me for many years to come and definitely will not be my last Meridian handpan.Thank You Meridian
