I phoned John at 12 O'clock and explained my situation, he said he'd be with us later that day. Arrived at 2pm and had found the fault with our washing machine, drained it, saved a load of washing and repaired the fault all within 30mins. Brilliant service. I will definitely be using their services again

My machine broke down at the most inconvenient time, and I contacted these people. John arrived very quickly and identified the fault. Not only did he identify the fault, he had the spare bit in his van. So my machine was down for no time at all. Excellent service and will keep their number for future.

My washing machine gave up this morning. Called John, who agreed it was goosed but could supply me with another one. I checked on AO, found a Bosch 8kg machine and they could deliver tomorrow. Called John back and he said he could deliver this afternoon. Same machine, disconnection and recycling of old machine and connection of new one. All for the same price - an absolute legend!! Machine spewing smoke at 9am and a shiny new one in its place within 6 hours - crazy! Superb, trustworthy company. Absolutely will not rip you off - highly recommended.

Was recommended these guys after being let down by another company. John was great, he was friendly, helpful and showed up when he said he would. My washing machine was fixed within an hour and is still going strong. Would recommend.
