Excellent customer service. Purchased a ruby ring for my wedding anniversary as 40 years is a bit of a milestone and I wanted to buy from somewhere I trust. We also had our rings cleaned and they came back looking like new. Really pleased with the results.

A very, helpful, polite and pleasant experience. I would definitely return as/if appropriate.I did ask for a discount on my last purchase, which was (not able to be) granted, hence I reduced my rating by one point. Otherwise highly recommended.

We took our granddaughter to look for a piece of jewellery for her 21st birthday. She fell in love with a necklace which was on display in the window of the Doncaster store of H.Browns. We were welcomed in by staff, who made our granddaughter feel very special on her special day.The service was excellent, the necklace very beautiful, the whole experience will be a treasured memory for us all.

The staff at HLBrown, treated myself and my wife with the utmost courtesy. They were very professional and still very friendly towards us. It was apparent that the staff were very knowledgeable about their subject and our repair was done very quickly and at a very reasonable price.I would definitely recommend HLBrown.

I can highly recommend H L Brown. 2 recent visits did not disappoint. First class service which is friendly & customer focussed. No pushy sales here which results in a relaxed experience. They certainly went the extra mile by transferring a watch from the Sheffield branch to enable us to view it whilst picking up other items. Staff were able to share their knowledge of various items without bias giving us time to consider & make informed choices. Another excellent shopping experience!

Had both my wedding and engagement ring resized. Service was absolutely amazing was advised rings would take 2-3weeks but they were back in just over a week in fact they came back on our wedding anniversary so extra special. Rings and perfect looked brand new so very happy and will definitely recommend H L Brown

The staff were really welcoming and accommodated my request to see an item from another store- which I did not purchase, instead I purchased an in store item. When I collected my ring ( as it required re-sizing) the service was efficient and staff communicated quickly when ready to be collected.Excellent personalised service. Thank you.
