Amazing service! Lady on the phone was very knowledgeable and was able to give me an estimate for the repairs before I got the bike to the shop. The guy was very quick to fix the bike and the price was very fair considering the work and parts.

Took my bike in after I got into an accident. Service was quick and I got my bike back the same day. He was through and the bike rode very well after. The pricing was fair and I will go back for any future repairs moving forwards!

I've had completely the opposite experience from the person below. I haven't bought a bike from the shop and the service has been very good. This includes popping in for small queries and niggles - that's the reason I went back.

Needed to chase down a recurring creaking on the bike. Had the bottom bracket replaced, greased / torqued up all the other bolts. Noise completely gone. Very quick turnaround; sensible price; lots of helpful advice; really friendly. The ideal local bike shop.

Excellent shop. Nick repaired a back tyre puncture on my retro 1970s shopper bike, while I was in his shop, at a bargain price. Plus, at no extra cost, he replaced a failing bolt/pin in the pedal/lower bracket area that was causing the bike to grind . . . Service really doesn't get any better than that. It's a comforting thought, Nick, just to know you're there.

Really helpful. Bought a new wheel and they fitted my original inner tube after fixing a puncture in the tube. I had to return to borrow a torx key which he let me take home to finish fitting the wheel. Great service. Will definitely use in the future

Absolutely appalling service if you didn't buy your bicycle from them. They forget the next sale may come from a service or repair customer. In my case and the customer in front of me, were refused any assistance of simple repairs. Needless to say I know but I will anyway, they have just lost the sale of 2 bicycles and next year, another 2, as the children outgrow their existing bikes.

Went in to pick up a replacement spoke, only cost me a quid. The gentleman who served me was knowledgeable and talked me through how to replace it. All of the above for the same price as a Lucozade, what more can you ask for.

Nick's a good lad, he will never over charge you, will put right anything he gets wrong, he knows his bikes and puts himself under great pressure to deliver for you. He takes care of my Specialized Road Comp 2015 carbon framed bike, when I went to ther repairers it never really came back right, but I trust Brooks as it always comes back really good.
