We had a lot of work done on our house by Warners. A beautiful new bathroom, tiled floor, and building works. The fit and finish of everything is exceptional, but the best thing has been the clear communication and care that has been shown to us throughout the process. We have felt valued and looked after the whole way through.

Dear BillyI would like to take this opportunity to commend both your company and your staff especially singling out Matt and Jake. Simply put the construction was delivered exactly as promised a wet room which was the complete package from stripping out the old bathroom and erecting the new. The quality and finish was excellent, the advice from yourself, and your staff during the build was always on the money. Everyday your staff would clear away restoring walkways etc, enabling us to continue pretty much as normal, it was a big job and we're expecting some caos, not so. Cloakroom Refurbishment & Shower InstallationWarner’s have now undertaken two projects for us - a cloakroom refurbishment and a shower cubicle installation. Both projects have been extremely well planned, managed and executed and we are very satisfied with the final results. The customer service from Julia and Billy has been exceptional. They take great care to discuss and understand exactly what the client requires and, whenever issues arise (as they inevitably do) they respond both promptly and positively. Matt and Tom have been terrific workmen to have in the house. They are sociable, efficient, hardworking and very tidy. I would have no hesitation in recommending Warner's Innovations to prospective customers

This is our second time of using Warners innovations, the first a complete Wet room and last week family bathroom improvements. Warners innovations are simply the best around in Nottinghamshire and we have experienced others before who do not come close. Five stars.

Billy and his guys fitted a new boiler for us. They did a very professional, thorough job, were polite and properly cleared up after themselves. Billy kept us informed throughout and took time to answer our questions. Very pleased with the service we got.

When you have your gas boiler serviced by Warner’s Innovations you will not be disappointed.As we had been let down before ,(by a different company),it had been some time since our last service and Billy and his team explained our options to us and we chose to have the full strip down service. Email communication was excellent and the engineers arrived promptly as arranged.We were impressed by the level of professionalism displayed by the team throughout the job and our property was left clean and tidy.A full explanation of what was done including photos was given to us at the end of the job. We would highly recommend Warner’s Innovations and will definitely use them again.

A professional service from beginning to end.Julia in the showroom was our first contact and we looked no further.Once the job began the attention to detail was amazing, Tom, Matt and Billy were great. Cleaning up any mess at the end of every day was much appreciated and having Rose to clean our new wet room at the end of the project was the icing on the cake.Communication was excellent throughout the project.Warners are not the cheapest but they are worth every penny.We would not hesitate to recommend them.

Bathroom and En-SuiteHaving decided to refurb our bathroom and en-suite, we got 4 companies to quote, including Warner's Innovations. Needless to say Warner's were not the cheapest, but they were, by far, the most professional and the one that gave us the confidence to go ahead.During the design process, Julia and Billy explained the options and helped to work out how we could achieve the things we wanted within the space that we have. Everything was planned and costed, and options explained. We decided to have a couple of extra things done, such as a heating system flush (well worth the money) and this was all factored into the job.From a technical point of view, Billy knows his stuff! He was at the house most days and his fitters Matt and Tom follow his lead; things are done correctly and there are no shortcuts. During the work we came across a couple of issues, these were explained and solutions sorted. Because of this the work lasted a bit longer than we all expected, however, the end result was worth all the work. Matt and Tom worked hard and were a pleasure to have in the house, cleaning up each day and were really conscious that they are working in our home. We left them in the house with the dogs a couple of times when we had appointments elsewhere and even left them with the house when we went away for a prearranged weekend, we wouldn't do that to just anyone!Work has been finished a couple of weeks now and we have 2 fully finished wet rooms that we are very pleased with. The end result was, as Billy promised, superb and just what we wanted. I can highly recommend Billy and his team at Warner's Innovations; they are not the cheapest but if you are looking for a reliable, professional company who will provide an exceptional outcome you have come to the right place.
