Was in the shop on Saturday and the service was excellent. Terry i think his name is was most knowledgeable on all things paint, decorating and football. Would recommend this shop to anyone.

Many thanks to Simon. As he went above and beyond what he was required to do. He remained open at the Sunderland branch 45 mins after closing for me to travel from South Shields. He mixed the required colour l needed for the job. (PVC COLOURED PAINT). l unfortunately messed up the first time. Because of him staying open l completed the job with new paint. And didn't get a complete ear bashing off my wife for doing it wrong in the first place.Absolute top man. Thanks again Simon.

I called into crown decorating centre and needed advice I spoke to Liam his knowledge was outstanding and he explained everything in simple terms. He even spoke to the decorator I use on the phone and gave me everything I needed. I was very happy with the service.
