Easy Pumps were helpful and easy to work with for my Saniflo pump repair. They arrived on time and diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently. The engineer Narendra was knowledgeable and good at explaining the problem, also had the spare part required. All left clean and tidy. I recommend them.

We had very good service from both Narendra and (I presume) his wife who organised the booking. She arranged a convenient time, ensured that the contact details were accurate by texting and asking for a reply to confirm. Narendra was punctual and professional. He understood the problem quickly, rectified it and made a small adjustment to prevent it happening again. I would recommend Easypump services and would use them again as first choice for anything Saniflow related.

I found the job co-ordinator, Tanya, to be polite and efficient. Narendra the engineer was punctual and professional, installed a new Saniflo unit quickly, and left everything clean afterwards. I had an excellent experience with Easypumps and heartily recommend them.

Was given the number by Saniflo - Very rude lady answering the phone - does not know what she's talking about yet very patronising and doesn't even let you describe your situation. If you want to waste you time chatting to someone totally ignorant of pump works, then contact them.

I booked for saniflo service of 4 units and Tanya was extremely rude and unprofessional. She cancelled my appointment in last moment. Never ever going to call those people again and suggesting you to do not do it yourself. They don`t have to exist and offer services which they can`t provide. Hopefully my review will help.
