Trying to keep my deposit for damage. I returned the vehicle in the exact same condition it was when I had it. There was absolutely no damage caused during my use, yet they're saying I've caused dents, which is not true. There was nobody available to check the van over when I returned it, and there is no evidence I've caused any damage, yet they're still keeping my money. I was relying on my money back to be able to feed my children for the rest of the month, and I've now been left in hardship because of this company lying to keep my money. They're also taking money for fuel despite the dial showing it as full when I returned it.Update. We have since been down to the company to view the supposed damage, which there is none. They are trying to charge for a dent in the vehicle that does not exist, which I have photo evidence of.They also admitted they don't inspect every van on return so how can they pinpoint when any damage occurred, if they don't inspect the vehicles on return.Absolute scammers.

Friendly service and easy to find car hire in Pembroke Dock. I needed to extend my hire and simply emailed Alys with new dates and within an hour or so she contacted me back saying all done, no papers to sign, nothing. Would I use them again? Absolutely.

BE AWARE - What they don't tell you is that if you go over 300 miles you will be charged 25p per mile over the allowance!!!! We booked a car months in advance only to be told when picking up the keys that we had an allowance!! At this point it's to late to cancel because they well know the chances of you being able to organise another Hire Car is slim so you have no choice but to use them!! At no point when booking this car on line does it say anything about an allowance because if it had I would not of booked the car, so what does sound like a good deal really isn't.

Quite frankly nothing but scam artists. Would give less stars if it would allow me. Charging for things that do not exist. Lying, scamming and stealing.

AVOID. Absolute scammers. Give out false information and leftout vital details. Will bill you on return to things that wasn’t even in agreement!!! Told me I brought the van back covered in mud, when it was absolutely spotless on return so I’ve been charged valeting fees. They also didn’t tell me if I went over 300 miles they would charge 25p every mile going on. Avoid at all cost.

Highly recommended! We broke down on the way to the ferry and this company went out of their way to help us. They took our car keys to give the breakdown company when they arrived so we could head off in the hire car. They also allowed our car to be delivered back there when it was fixed and held on to the keys for us. Fantastic staff and super helpful. Not sure what we would have done without them!

Correction Monzo have confirmed the return payment. Not a bad company to rent off. But if your with Monzo don't expect your deposit back ina rush.
