My 1st visit to the Stockport branch to close my account. The advisor (Dawn) was incredibly rude and really didn't want to serve me. Whilst moaning about me having no cash card she also had a conversation with another member of staff about people going for dinner.She judged me from the moment I entered the building.Horrid experience!!!

I cannot thank two members of staff who were of great assistance being friendly,reassuring,and extremely helpful.I am hopeless remembering names,but the gentleman had worked for 42 years and the lady was the person who met you on arrival and she actually assisted me.Thank you both...a credit to the bank...And this why we need actual banks!!!!!

Been with the natwest for years. Recently had issue trying to cancel a subscription to voxi. Bank have been rubbish at dealing with this despite me following all their procedures. It's like I feel the bank does not value ME as the customer. I feel like the only way to deal with this is to close my accounts and move to somewhere more customer oriented.

No counter service on a Saturday yet there is employees asking do you need help. If You can’t withdraw a large sum of money what’s the point! Breathtaking logic and a complete lack of understanding customer requirements

Grazie Nat West ! I locked my self out with new bio metric system ! The bank is on open a Saturday I quickly drove there seen very fast an amazing woman Christine helped me unblock it and 10/10 for going through all the Secuirty questions & pass words ! The building is amazing as you can see by the pictures!

A great bank branch.Most importantly, the staff are very friendly and very helpful.Furthermore, there are a wide range of self-service machines to make banking even easier (including a coin deposit machine, which is incredibly helpful).

Website says bank is open on Saturdays until lunch. Went to make a withdrawal - was advised the counter wasn't open so couldn't make withdrawal. Why open at all if you don't supply the simplest of services. Staff also very unhelpful.
