Quick service, but they have charged my wife £14.99 got 4 baby passport photos. I have called to them after that, and asked, how much does it cost, they said - £11.99. The price is big, and I don't know why there is a difference in price. We just needed 4 baby passport photos size 3.5x4.5.

Wanted 2 passport photos done for my kids. The lady here was very rude and had no patience for kids. In the end we went to the one at Tesco’s, where they were very friendly and professional.

There was a good guy, who helped my wife with scanning her drawings, but today my wife came and there was an awful lady with no customer service skills, who said that it is impossible to scan the pictures/drawings. My wife is going to come again, but you should teach the lady how to behave with the customers.

I visited Max Spielmann Mansfield yesterday. The shop was extremely busy and only one young lady was on shift. She did amazing. I had to wait for my purchase to be developed (which I expected) and observed her dealing with one customer after another. At all times, she was professional, helpful, and polite. A real asset to the company

Fast service and that's about the only good thing I can say. Staff always grumpy, everything can be found cheaper elsewhere in town without looking too hard
