What can I say about Sandrina! She is amazing from start to finish! Made the process so easy nothing was ever a bother she was on call any time of the day to answer any questions you had. I had my house on the market with another estate agent for 6 weeks with not one enquiry. With Sandrina once she had it on the market she had me four viewings and my house under offer in a week! I can not recommend her enough it’s a big 5 stars from me!

I was recommended Cecchini Property through a friend and I am so glad it’s who I decided to sell with.Lynne came out and went through everything and explained the full process, she helped prepare for the photographs which turned out so well.Lynne dealt with all viewings and made a WhatsApp chat to discuss times which made things so much easier than having to answer calls around work.The house sold within 2 days of being online which was quicker than I thought it would ever be.I would 100% recommend Cecchini Property and they have made the full selling process a lot less stressful.
