Really happy with my new car purchased from Sims Suzuki. The staff were helpful in arranging test drives of different cars so I could make an informed decision. The car has gone beyond my expectations, is in excellent condition and was immaculately clean when I collected it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership.

I would 100% recommend to anyone! I drove 2 hours and would definitely say it was worth it. I mainly dealt with Vincent who was really friendly and helpful. I arranged a viewing for a car I had seen online, test drove the car and the following weekend I was able to part exchange my car and drive my new car home with a full MOT and Service. Trustworthy and honest company.

I bought my previous car (brand new) Suzuki Alto almost 10 years ago from Sims Suzuki, Darlington. After happily using it and driven it thousands of miles, the equivalent of driving 5 times around the earth at the equator, finally came the time to part exchange it for another one newer and more modern.Because of my 10 years experience in dealing with all those amazing and wonderful people at Sims Suzuki, where they took great care of my previous car, outstanding service and support (servicing it, mot, etc), I decided without second thoughts to part exchange my Alto car with a newer one at Sims Suzuki again.I contacted the people I was dealing with previously at the service dept and they asked Vincent at the Sales dept to get in touch with me to arrange viewing of the cars I was interested in. After spending over two weeks looking for a new car and dealing with pushy stereotypical car salesman, coming here was an absolute breath of fresh air. All the staff were friendly and you can tell they all had your best intentions at heart, just wanting to give you the best service. I called ahead to book a test drive of a used vehicle, and as soon as I arrived the car was prepared and ready to go. I decided to proceed with the purchase and everything they said they would do before I collected the car was done. On collection there was a minor issue with one of the wiper blades, but this was rectified immediately. Every effort was made to make sure I was happy with the car I was buying, even though it wasn't a Suzuki, and the service I received really was excellent. When looking for my next car this dealership will be the first on my list to visit!! Thank you to Vincent and the rest of the team for making it such a positive experience.

You supplied me with Mini Countyman GD19SVX, a great little car, but it was not complete. A buffer grommet on the left corner of the parcel shelf was missing. Your service department falsely hinted I had lost it, bits should be fixed so as not to fall off. However, he said he would try and get one. I was not advised of the outcome so I had to visit to be told the part was not available! This missing part should have been picked up at a pre-sale check, I would not have taken an incomplete the car.

Absolutely fantastic garage. Travelled up from Staffs to look at another car, it wasn't what we wanted (size not a fault with the car!). Instead we looked at what has become my trusty car. Two painless test drives, no time pressure, no pressure from staff for the sale. Just genuine, friendly people who couldn't do enough for you, even down to offering to refill my coffee cup as i had a long drive home.The finance process has been painless & no faults with the car. Will 100% recommend them to anyone. Thank you all!
