Had my car MOT here a few months ago and couldn't fault the garage. The owner fitted me in at short notice, was super friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

Left my S-type Jag here 3 weeks ago for radiator repair. Was told by phone the new water pump was over £200. New radiator hose also over £200. Could not believe it. Went up on Saturday. Asked to see receipts for those parts. Proprietor had misspoken. He meant they were over £200 in total. I asked for copies. No photocopier. I started to take a photo of each receipt. He snatched both off the table and would not allow me to keep pictures of receipts for parts he expects me to pay for. Two weeks later after multiple emails he has sent photos of both receipts. I have asked repeatedly for his invoice by email. Still awaited. I said he can deliver car to me and I will pay his invoice. Car has now been dumped in road behind our house. Where are the keys? No response to email asking him to confirm he has kept safe hold of them. No response. Has he posted them to wrong address? The most disorganised, chaotic & inept mechanic in Britain, maybe the world. I will not even begin to bother to relate how long he has had my Scirocco with little or no work done on it..and now he has the gall to blame me that it is taking up space in his yard. Totally mental.
