A beautiful bed and breakfast in a lovingly restored historic home. The Laird's Suite was a spacious 4-room suite with water views and very comfortable furnishings. John was an extremely kind host and made us feel very welcome during our 4 night stay. The location is very peaceful, with spectacular scenery right outside, but it's worth knowing that at 10-15 minutes drive from most major towns, you'll likely want rent a car or be prepared to call ahead for cabs like we did. We loved our stay and would happily return next time we visit Orkney.

May 2023. Stayed here at this wonderful house for the first time. Room was excellent as well as the breakfast. John made me feel as if i was Lord of the Manor. If available i will definitely stay again. Thanks John.

A wonderful house with a fascinating history. Fantastic room, spotless and extremely comfortable. John is the perfect host and such wonderful breakfasts. I can't rate Graemeshall highly enough!
