We visited Snug today as we have been looking for a new bed for quite some time, but hadn’t yet found what we have been looking for. We had a rough idea what we wanted and a budget it mind, Ellie showed us which beds matched our requirements and discussed all the different options e.g colours, choices of fabrics/ headboards and whether we wanted draws or an ottoman style base. Ellie was really knowledgable about the products and thanks to her help we have now purchased a new bed which is due to arrive with us in a couple of weeks time (other companies we look at previously were 10+ weeks for delivery).Thanks again Ellie! ☺️

Always a great experience shopping in At Home Furnishings. Alison went above and beyond helping us today, as we changed our minds on a suite a couple of times, she provided us with all the options available and she was so kind, patient and helpful, helped also by Anne. A lovely atmosphere inside the store and it's always a pleasure shopping there.

I visited the snug bedroom studio as well as Barker and Stonehouse and also Furniture Village to check out Sliding wardrobes and chests of drawers. The service was non existent from Barker and Stonehouse and Furniture Village but the excellent service from Ellie at Snug bedrooms was exceptional, Ellie was cheerful, knowledgable and couldn’t do enough for you. It was a pleasure to get traditional good service. Would recommend Snug Bedrooms to anyone. We have had it delivered and fitted which again was excellent service. Well done to all.

I purchased some bedroom furniture from At Home Furnishings, I had a problem with the wardrobe doors which were not up to a standard expected. Lisa went above and beyond to get it sorted out, even getting the doors delivered to the store so she could check them over herself to make sure they were perfect. It’s nice to find a store that doesn’t fob you off when you have a glitch with the purchase.

We have just received our new bed, OMG .....Amazing....First class customer service from start to finish. Delivery was first class informed us every step of the way.when they arrived assembled the new bed and took the old one away very smooth transition. Thank you so much.

What an absolute joy it is to shop at this wonderful furniture and lighting store.Following the recent move to our new home in Yarm, we headed down to At Home Furnishings and were blown away with the amazing choice of high quality furniture and lighting all at affordable prices.We are highly delighted with the purchase of our three beautiful bedroom wardrobes, dining table and six chairs and various lighting items. It has transformed our new home. The staff are so lovely and helpful in all the various departments and a huge thank you to Gary who put together the flat pack bedroom wardrobes. He has the patience of a saint!.We have no hesitation in recommending this fantastic store and look forward to many more visits.
