Most supermarkets sell a load of s**t but this place actually has really healthy stuff! From seamoss to Moringa and many more! The staff are nice and helpful too! ❤️

A little gem of a shop. How Treena and team manage to offer such variety in such a tiny space never ceases to amaze me. From fresh aloe vera leaves, to locally made falafel, Japanese ingredients, fresh vegan pastries and health and beauty products, I could happilly look around for hours. Friendly and cheerful too! :)

I was asked by my Grandson to take gout treatment to him on my next trip to Spain where he temporarily lives. Having searched every Herbal Meds. Shop throughout Nottm City' 'Roots' inSherwood a 5min. drive from my home in Mapperley bottled me my request of Celary Seed Extract.Never visited this shop before. Been there 25yrs. Superb caring service. 4 customers in the shop whilst I was being helped.

Very good for general Vegan foods, outstanding range of Organic products. Good for Eco friendly household products too. I find as a health food shop, Roots is great and reliable and for that, it is the best in the area for organics and general products.Compared to the staff at other very nearby shops, the staff here are friendly, never rude and 100% helpful.

Really friendly kind and knowledgeable staff, feel very lucky to live close by. And Ken is wonderful, incredibly reasonably priced herbal treatments. Can't recommend the shop enough.
