Don't recommend Laura Softley councillor. Unprofessional

Just took mum (Eve Howard) to the outpatient Clinic.Drove into car park and straight into a invalidity place and got wheel chair out of the car.As soon as I got it out a chap with a tray of eggs came over and asked if I needed help (he may work in the cafe). He help with the wheel chair and told me best way to the ramps to the out patients. We were 20 minutes early but was showing straight in to do first checks. Then straight in to see the heart specialist again did checks (everything was OK ).So I was out before I was due in. So when I was on out I wasn't sure where we came in,then I heard someone say I think you came in from this way. It was one of the staff who had noticed us coming in. I thought what smooth start to the day.Thankyou

Shrink appointments always bloody hour late and cant get you out the door quick enough

Friendly+helpful to all visitors, treats the inmates very well. Willing to let you know what you ask if you ring daily. May ask for info on patient but only as background.

I realise this hospital is a very old building, but a hospital needs to be more accessible than this. Hardly any disabled parking, not all entrances are accessible and the various departments are not always easy to find.

Was in therapy for a while but my appointments kept getting cancelled and changed then all of a sudden with no context or even a notice I never got an appointment rescheduled. Rang 4 times since and still haven't heard anything . My school have rang again and again too knowing I need it and nothings been done

Appointments are ok, but the rigmarole around attending the appointments, and the threatening texts you receive in case you don't attend, I think are uncalled for. You go there for treatment, not to make things worse for yourself

"Sunderland north community treatment team" providing NO treatment at all. FOB OFF appointments for people with autism. Being referred back to £££ support workers, assessments from the council. No social worker provided. A ploy from the NHS to show they care basically. Shocking

Came here for my mental health councilling it was amazing, I come here for my epilepsy it's so helpful thankyou NHS xx
