Love it lashes turned out just how I wanted and lasted for around 3 to 4 weeks. The worker was also absolutely amazing and she worked very quick!

Staff always go the extra mile - helped me with my fractured ankle took me home and today went to get paracetamol for a client - always leave the salon feeling pampered and my hair looks amazing every time

Can not recommend this salon enough!! struggled for year to find someone to dye my hair, they always do amazing job with my hair and never disappoint. Everyone is so lovely. I also have spray tans weekly and they always turn out perfect

Love getting the kids haircuts done here and have been for the past 2 years regular 6 months with dipti however I rang up 3 days ago to be told they don't do under age 5 or 6 anymore which is a real shame as I had to take my 4 year old elsewhere and they've gone and messed her hair up she also said 'mummy why can we not go to the other hairdresser' I understand this may be due to the previous review however I think it should have been approached in a better way by keeping the regular children's appointments available to not make them go through a change in hairdressers. I don't think it's right to randomly stop this service when some people are just so use to the one hairdresser. However on the good side the staff are really nice and friendly it was always a good experience bringing in the girls for their haircuts just a shame you stopped doing it.

Awful haircut, before the haircut I'd made a point that I wanted to keep the length ..and not make it look like a girls...however my son ended up with one side shorter than the other side... and way shorter than I agreed with... ot a girl bob but an old ladies bob! didn't help when thr hairdresser told me the week before a child wasn't sitting still and it got shorter and shorter... please avoid taking on appointments for children if you aren't conformable with some little movement...very disappointed.

Friendly salon which provide excellent services. I have been going to rose and caramel for years now and i will never go to another salon. It is so refreshing to go to a salon and not have to worry about the end result. Each time i go i have a conversation with the stylist or therapist about what i want to achieve and i go away happy every time.

I have been a returning customer to this salon for years. The staff are all capable & my particular favourite is Dipti always working with a smile on her face.The services & products offered are within a good affordable price range.

Great salon, great girls that truly know what they are doing , yet so down down to earth and caring.

Dipti is amazing . I trust her implicitly with her advice and I’m always much happier when leaving the salon. Rose & Caramel staff are friendly and a good salon to visit. Would definitely recommend.
