Prepfresh

ordered over a month ago but thought it would be helpful to leave a review. the food is average and price is amazing. i will order again to see if i would like it more because the options are good. however, i got a chicken bowl with veggies and the chicken was over cooked. veggies were very good though.

Raised an order at half 9 on a Saturday via Uber eats. Because it was late I phoned up to check it would be fine and was told that it would be 45 mins to an hour to collect, which we were fine with. These timings tallied up with what was on Uber eats. Two minutes before the expected ‘ready to collect’ time on Uber eats, we got a notification that the order had been cancelled by prepfresh. A whole hour had gone by whilst we waited for them to just cancel. If you didn’t want the order you shouldn’t have accepted it on Uber eats and you definitely shouldn’t have confirmed over the phone that it was fine for collection in an hours time. I have ordered from these in the past and the food has been nice so we don’t mind waiting but certainly will not be ordering again after this. The food isn’t worth the incredibly bad and arrogant service.To confirm, you didn’t call three times. I called you three times. The first time you answered and confirmed the order, the second two times I called as soon as you cancelled the order and the phone was off (shock). I have seen you use this same excuse on other negative reviews. If this is a genuine recurring issue people were having when ordering with you, perhaps you should look into why it’s happening? If you ran out of curry sauce then why did you firstly, accept our order containing curry sauce, and secondly, not take the opportunity to mention this on the call we did have.

Always collect always fresh and very friendly service I come from a good distance from prepfresh and the food is always hot. My favourite takeaway:)

Have ordered a few times but quality and quantity seems to go down with every order. £10.50 for a small box of fries with some chopped up chicken on top? I assumed I was ordering a meal when it’s under “cheat day feast”. If I wanted loaded fries, I’d have ordered from the loaded fries section.When they first opened it was unreal food, good portions. Now they put the prices up, portions made smaller, quality not up to standard. That will be our last order.

We LOVE Prepfresh! When we can't be bothered to cook and want a healthy take-a-way option this place is the one. We love that there are options to be a little naughty too :)

Ordered few times from here food was lovely, however I had a scheduled order for 2:30 which I put through at 12pm and at 2pm they cancelled my order on Uber and when I went to order again it said Prepfresh is currently unavailable! I don’t understand why you even accept orders do you not know how Uber works? If you’re not open then put it in the app that you’re not open! This isn’t the first time I had problems with them delivering food… never ordering again and I will be passing this on to higher ground and my family and friends to avoid this place.

3*s - forth visit in september 2022. I bought the salt n pepper chicken box, hallumi fries and milkybar cookie. I would say food was average. Chicken was pretty dry.5*s - First visit in summer 2021 I bought the chicken and steak with chips (this is a two person dish it’s huge!) the steak was cooked medium so wasn’t tough and was juicy very impressed. Only issue was this had more of a kick than I was expecting with the salt and pepper seasoning.

I am very disappointed it was the first time I ordered and I don't hesitate to order more from there the food was not good they forgot to bring me the oreo brownie I called and they said they would deliver it to me no one came
