Popped in to get a bag of dog food, and had the unfortunate pleasure of being served by a man who had clearly not been on a customer service course recently. Disinterested, didn’t make eye contact throughout my time at the store and failed to engage at even a basic level. To add insult to injury, I was then presented with my bag of dog food complete with extra pigeon poo all over the bag. As a local to the store it’s disappointing to see how the quality of service has declined recently and will be shopping elsewhere from now on.

Good country store. Stocked more for those who have horses. I go for the big bulk bags of dog food / bulk buying tins. Can't fault the service.
