I was so disappointed with my recent purchase of personalised dog treat tin. I mistakenly didn’t look at the dimensions of this tin when I bought it, but simply assumed it would be a decent enough size to store dog biscuits in. It’s tiny! So small in fact, it’s smaller than an apple. Really of no practical use at all for storage purposes, and looks like will unfortunately be shoved away in a cupboard. Definitely not worth the money. Note to self… check and double check sizes and dimensions in the future before ordering!!

I've just received my phone grip and I'm incredibly impressed with it. The print is lovely and exactly what I wanted. Amalia was also lovely, she replied back to my messages quickly over the weekend and shipped out the grip very quickly. Thank you so much! I'd definitely recommend :)

I have had many products from Amalia and her team over the years, from cake toppers to photo key rings and most recently, initials printed on my partners wallet for Christmas - he loved it! He received it last year and the quality hasn't faded at all!She has always made sure that my orders were exactly what i wanted and to the best quality. I’ve used Gifting Knot for a lot of cake toppers and every single one is amazing! Amalia the creative director is honestly one of the most helpful people ever always producing perfect topper designs. The delivery and turnaround is efficient, the quality is perfect for my wedding cakes and they’re a great size. Even if it’s a bespoke design/request it always turns out better than I expect! My customers love the topper they have on their wedding cake. I’ve returned to GK many a time and each time the service & products get better and better. Thank you so much Amalia for being great & providing me with lovely cake toppers!

I was in desperate need of a cake topper for the next day and found and phoned The Gifting Knot. Amalia answered immediately and I was expecting a ‘no, tomorrow is too short notice’!. But she told me to go ahead and order and assured me I would get it next day- which I did! Not only was the customer service excellent, but the topper itself was absolutely beautiful and top quality - beautiful shiny rose gold acrylic and my own customer was delighted. I went on to order more and would now only use The Gifting Knot for my toppers - they are fabulous! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

I've bought cake toppers, bags, necklaces and gift packs from The Gifting Knot and they have always been great quality. From the point of enquiry Amalia and her team have gone over and above to make sure the item is exactly perfect, making changes and giving ideas to improve. The cake toppers for friends birthdays looked amazing and are now treasured. My daughters swim bag is used weekly and is in fab condition. Can't wait for my bespoke Christmas boxes to arrive!I don't go anywhere else. The service and products are too good.
