Been to all the gym's in Bolton, started a few weeks ago in this gym, the equipment is second to none, all the staff are welcoming and care about what they do. I thought I was in ok shape but my flexibility was awful. In a short time Tracy has transformed how I feel, I have been to over 30 physios and not one of them has compared in knowledge. All pt's are amazing at what they do, I would absolutely encourage anyone to join beginners or advanced.

Superb gym, friendly staff and members and the only gym I've been in 35 plus years where 99% of people put their weights away. It seems to be an unwritten rule at Thrive Bolton and it makes a massive difference. Members seem to have a lot of respect for the place.Great selection of weights and off peak times are very quiet. If I'm being picky some of the cable machines near the windows are a bit sticky and not very smooth. And the showers are of the open plan type if you like your privacy. Music could do with a bit of variety..However it still gets 5 stars from me and it's a pleasure to train there. Best gym in Bolton.

I've been coming here for 2 years, this is the best gym around. Everyone is really friendly and helpful and the staff are great. The machines are always working and the weights area is excellent.The classes are excellent especially the spin classes.Everyone is always on hand to help and everyone is made to feel welcome and it's like being part of a large family unlike commercial gyms.Ryan and Tracy are great managers and PTs

Great gym with helpful staff. Plenty state of the art equipment and weights you can still get on at peak times, and included classes too. Friendly atmosphere with members of all shape, size, age, and ability

Proper gym, great equipment, great music, great session.And nice and cool inside in summer, heaters are on in winter!! Give the classes a try, very good! Clean premises too!

Great gym with plenty of equipment and friendly and helpful staff. Jack at reception was particularly helpful. Only comment would be that some machines are very close to each other making it a tad cramped

Gym is nice but in need of some deep cleaning.Staff standing around reception and acting like a bunch or teenagers is annoying.

Used to be great gym, new staff members with management have turned it from a personal experience to a frustrating one, cannot tell you how many times my membership and details have been deleted. I feel discouraged when new staff are more interested in talking to friends than serving custom. Talk about service with a smile. Floor upstairs has also begun to rise due to constant damp?
