Stunning Saunas

We bought a barrel sauna with a full dome window at the end, to look at our garden. It was worth every penny. All our friends and family say it looks stunning. It truly is well made and a thing of beauty and quality. All the staff were brilliant extremely helpful and responsive to all our questions and needs. We had it built by the team and it was up and working in no time. Such a delight to have and use I could not recommend highly enough.

Awful service. Placed my order with Stunning Saunas September 2021 payed 50%. For 4 months they promised to deliver and build fo January 2022 and failed to deliver. Than promised for February 2022 and failed. When delivery fade moved to End of May 2022 I asked for the refund. They promised to refund but never did so my credit card had to step in and I started a claim under section 75. This company stunning saunas can’t be trusted

Scam company, they don’t deliver on time (waited 5 months longer than they said) so we had to ask for refund in April and they haven’t given it back. We’ve been contacting them all summer to ask for our money back and they just keep on lying and finding excuses to why they can’t pay yet and putting imaginary dates for the future when they can pay and when the date is here - they can’t pay and “don’t understand what happened”. Don’t order, we have lost 6100 pounds and no sauna

It am extremely disappointed with this company. I ordered a sauna in October 2021 and was told it would be delivered early December. They then changed the delivery date to January 2022, then May 2022 and finally late July 2022. I asked for a refund which was authorised by Stunning Saunas as they accepted the long delays. In this time I had lost confidence in Stunning Saunas as a company.The terms state it takes 30 working days to process a return (this seems ridiculous to me however I accepted this under the terms of business). The refund wasn't processed within the timeframe. It was then supposed to be processed within another 14 days, then 'next week', then 'by Friday 5pm'. I have chased nearly every day and get excuses and lies. It has now been 10 months since I parted with over £4k. I have no sauna, no refund (as was authorised in writing) plus countless lies from various members of staff.AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Good quality cedar wood and Sadie was very helpful. Upgrade to the Tylo heaters is recommended. the 8KW Tylo Sport heats my 2.1 barrel sauna nicely.

Brilliant, beautiful, excellent craftsmanship that’s how we describe our sauna. It really has added some luxury and well deserved relaxation to our lives. Stunning Saunas are an incredible company who were tremendous from start to finish. We would recommend them to anyone as THE go to sauna company for all things sauna. Thank you again

I placed an order on 25 November 2021 with expected delivery by 17 March 2022. This was later delayed to mid-May. But in April the supplier said even this was not possible and offered delivery in August (ten months after order). I refused this and the order was cancelled on 2 May 2022. I have not yet (22 July) received a refund of instalments and have put the matter in the hands of my credit card company to recover.
