Exceptional customer service from the initial call to the delivery of my Honda CBR650R.The team at Nightingales are certainly not your typical hard pushy & sales focused bike dealership. Gavin spent a breadth of time (3+ hrs) showing me different bikes which suited my requirements and was able to test drive the bike I was keen on.The part exchange process was very swift and following collection of my new bike with all relevant documenation explained (V5 process etc).One of the top motorcycle dealers in the Midlands, now I understand why people come here without a shadow of a doubt!

Great Service. I've been to Nightingales many times. I've bought helmet and visor, gloves and other motorcycle accessories. Always had great service here. Recently I needed to sell my motorcycle and Nightingales sold it on my behalf. They advertised my bike in their showroom, on their own website and on Autotrader. The bike sold for the right price and Nightingales take 10%. When they take the commission I was still around £1,000 better off than what Yamaha offered me. Its a fantastic small bike dealership and when I get my next bike, be it from Nightingales or elsewhere, it will definitely be serviced and maintained by Nightingales

A great buying experience from this company earlier this year when I purchased a ZZR from them. Gavin and his team were very helpful from start to finish, even picking me up from Rugby rail station on my day of collection. Bought a bike and had very friendly and professional service. Nightingales offer a 3 month warranty - so they obviously have confidence in the bikes they sell, and I'm really happy with the bike I've bought.
