Prestige Plumbing (Emergency Plumber) Worcester

DO NOT USE!!! Called out last Sunday, extortionate rate (£189 plus VAT), but agreed as emergency. I explained exactly what had happened to the guy on the phone. Plumber turned up - rather than starting at the source of the problem (which I had explained) removed floor boards to find the leak. After an hour, he got a phone call to say the hour was up did my mum want him to continue. What choice did she have? The floor boards were up!! Charged my mum the whole amount again, including a call-out, which she had already paid! So in total she paid over £450!! I phoned to complain, I told him he'd ripped off an old lady and he got very angry with me - not a very professional attitude in my opinion.

£199 Call out fee! Beware!

We recently contacted Prestige Plumbing regarding installation of radiator central heating and an infinity hot water system. We were extremely impressed with the service provided.

I called Prestige Plumbing for my broken toilet and they had one of their plumbers at my apartment the next morning. Their service was great, and the price was reasonable. I am glad I called them!

They are awesome! They went above and beyond during our initial consultation. They were very accommodating, They answered all my questions.
