Wish staff would get which hot drink is which one right they never get toffee latte u either get the toffee sauce or cream never both or they mix up with bits from the caramel latte

Worst McDonald’s ever!! Every order I place through the drive thru is wrong, today I ordered a chicken Big Mac and got a normal Big Mac in a chicken Big Mac box, pathetic!!!

Photos show two separate visits (I've only been twice) the amount of fries you get is shocking. They give you a large box but with the amount of a medium inside. Also expected to wait a looooong time if you go into the restaurant. Like other McDonald's they seem to prioritise drive thru and Uber eats etc. I waited about 20 minutes for my not so 'fast food'

Made a simple order at the drive-through, which took about 15 minutes, presumably due to the guy on the other end, i saw a lot of people having to correct their orders when they went to pay. The guy on the other end couldn't understand a word of English and had to get someone to take over as the queue got so big. I drove about 45 seconds around the corner to eat, and my coke was warm and flat. The food was cold, and the mcflurry was a pint of milk and was given the wrong sauce. I get preempting orders, but when the hot things are cold and the cold things are warm, it's a waste of money, tried to give it the dog and he turned his nose up at it (that's not even a joke) I'll stick to the KFC around the corner in the future.

Chips are always cold from the drive through but this time the burgers were as well when we got them home (approx 5mins away)I'm not sure what they're doing but the certainly weren't freshly made.
