Nice and cosy atmosphere. We ordered pho, curry with chicken and a crispy starter. Pho itself was good but the quantity of the veggies to put on the top was small. Food was good (4/5) but later on we had some stomach issues and until the end of the day we didn’t eat at all (we ate there around 2pm).

My first time of eating here and it won’t be the last. I loved the food, it was so tasty especially the summer rolls and peanut sauce was to die for.I loved the fact that the calories were on the menus too.I had the Tofu and veggies rice bowl for main and it was gorgeous.Table service was very good and attentive

Came here after a naked bike ride. (Brighton was heaving, but it was a bit chilly outside so wanted something inside to eat. It was a Sunday evening and we hadn't booked, so we were very pleased when they had space. Very friendly staff, quick service and tasty food. The veggie spring rolls with peanut sauce were incredible!

Probably the best pho I had in my lifeI picked the hot & spicey one with beef brisket and topped it with tofu. You get cilantro, mint, chili and lemon on the side to spice it even more up :)Super delicious

We had the best waitress. I don't know their name but they was so lovely and perceptive and it was great. Whoever they were, please give them a raise! Its my brother's birthday and I successfully say we both had a lovely time! Thanks again!

I have always wanted to try this restaurant in Birmingham so when we discovered one in Brighton and thought we would give it ago....As soon as we arrived, the waitress wasn't exactly enthusiastic about her welcome despite the restaurant being quite empty at the time . My friends had made some enquiries about the menu and she responded as though she was annoyed at having to explainFor starters, I had the chicken Wings and spring rolls (as pictured below). One word to describe the both- disgusting. The chicken wings were overcooked and dried out, and the spring rolls full of oil . Both also very bland, with the best part being the sauce .My friend ordered the book pictured below with the lamb literally swimming in some liquid. Not only was his dish very bland but we had informed the waitress that the meat waa very underdone and requested it being cooked longer. The response he was given was 'that's how the dish was meant to be'After that, the waitress had asked if we would like to look at the desert menus - absolutely not.The best part of the whole experience was my smoothie and the prawn crackers.As someone who enjoys different flavours and tastes, this place was highly disappointing

Wonderful Vietnamese restaurant. There is a welcoming feel as you enter, and the staff are smiling as they greet you.The menu is not overcomplicated, nice and simple and the food we ordered arrived fairly quick and very delicious. The spicy Vietnamese curry was superb.5 stars well deserved.Payment by card only is a but disappointing but it doesn't change the 5 star rating.

I recently dined at Pho restaurant and had an incredible experience. The food was exceptional, especially their gluten-free options. The flavors were rich and authentic, and the portions were generous. But what made my visit truly memorable was our waiter, Francesco. He provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. His knowledge of the menu and willingness to accommodate dietary restrictions was impressive. I highly recommend Pho for their great food and outstanding service.
