Perfection Bridal Swansea

We had an appointment today and it was awful! We were squashed in to a tiny room and the woman seemed to take a disliking to the bridal party. The dresses were all really big and the shop assistant didn't have any clips to put on to make them fit better. The whole appointment was rushed and they were very pushy trying to get the sale. Past experiences have always been good with this place but today was horrific.

Went three bridal that day and perfectionBridal was amazing the ladies made feel so at ease and could do enough me I went in with my groom as well as we were picking Bridemaid dresses that day and we felt like a famous person the ladies made everyone feel special thank you so much ladies

What a fabulous bridal store! From the moment I walked in I was made to feel at ease. The ladies are super friendly, down to earth and couldn't do enough for me! I didn't feel at all rushed or was my body shape an issue and the little touches really made it a perfect bridal experience! Highly recommended. P.s the dresses are gorgeous! Thank you so much ladies!

Perfection Bridal was the most wonderful experience! I highly recommend this shop to find a dress that is truly special with highly knowledgeable staff that make you feel so comfortable every step of the way. Paula was fantastic - she listened to what I had in mind, was mindful of my budget and gave me excellent feedback on different styles I tried. I am under 5 feet, and wanted something that didn't overpower me with too much fabric. We were totally on the same page with every dress I tried. Other Bridal shops that made me feel pressured to buy things that weren't what I was looking for. Perfection Bridal made the entire experience so fun and fabulous with zero pressure. I love the dress I found here. The craftmanship of the dress is stunning. Truly one of a kind, and a lovely tote bag upon saying yes to the dress to make me feel extra special. Highly recommend!

Where do I begin? I had been searching for a particular dress for 3 months so I thought I'd call the shop...guess what? they managed to loan that dress in a few days. From the moment I entered the shop to try it on I felt at ease with their helpful, easy going and bubbly personalities. Nothing was too much trouble and they helped even down too the tiniest detail. Visited Perfection Bridal with my daughter a week before Christmas by appointment.Could not have been happier by the experience given on our visit.As any mother knows, buying a wedding dress for your daughter is one of the most precious and special gifts you will ever give her.The extensive selection of dresses was impressive and the service was excellent. We were made to feel welcome, comfortable and given undivided attention which was so much appreciated. I purchased my dress here for my August bank holiday wedding. Every single member of staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough from the moment we walked in! With such a large selection of dresses I described what I wanted and with no appointment needed I was able to try on dresses there and then. I found my dress and fell in love! The service was exceptional on every appointment I had from fittings through to the final alterations and collection of the dress. I couldn't thank the staff enough! It was my dream dress and felt beautiful on the day thanks to the girls at perfection.
