Very disappointed from the first order ! Firstly, there was no next day delivery, they deliver my order after a week from ordering, even if it was £45 the cost of the order!! They don t reply to the emails, and the meat products are 50% pork meat and fat, but they taste okish though.I ordered a pheasant but they send me a partdrige instead!They are a joke, will not order again!!!

Food mouldy and starting to rot after less than a month. (Promised at least three months when purchased)No customer support afterwards.Ruined Christmas present.

After purchasing several different types of sausage - beaver, deer, elk, I checked the packaging and found that the products that this company produce are 'filled out' with pork. Likely this is done to reduce their costs but whatever the reason I was thoroughly disappointed to find that I had not bought what I had expected.When is an elk sausage not an elk sausage? When the majority content is pork.I'm really quite annoyed by this company as they were still charging premium prices for their sub par products.

Fresh, ecologically packed (no plastic bags), scrumptious food. Bread is exceptional! Fast delivery. Will buy again!

Astonishing quality. Exceedingly fresh. Ordered on Sunday late evening, delivered Tuesday an hour before lunch. The sausages and steak kept at an optimum temperature by the careful packaging. It really should make you realise that supermarkets are a waste of your money, when there are suppliers such as these available to you, with a product that is - at a cost saving - considerably superior in terms quality and better for the environment on the whole. Now I just need to pace myself with that salami and alpine cheese...

Fantastic range of unusual smoked salamis, jerky and breads with a unique Baltic slant. Caught them at Northampton market and sampled their amazing beaver salami. Ordered online from them and their customer service and delivery was 1st class. Recommended if you're looking for an unusual Xmas gift or wanting to try something a wee bit different.

The flavour of the elk sausages and deer sausages are amazing. We have ordered over 10 times buying the beef jerky, smoked ham, burgers, sausages and soforth.The last time we ordered some deer sausages i cooked them up and started to enjoy them. Until I bit down on what seemed to be bone fragments. As I but down pretty hard it snapped my tooth. I wrote in to explain what has happened and I just get ignored. Not even a reply from them telling me that they will speak to the supplier and inform them.I often find that company owners who have no British nationality tend to ignore you hoping the problem will go away. The level of service is always good when you want to buy but when you complain about something, they never know how to deal with it.I wont be ordering from this company again due to plain ignorance and sending endless text messages and emails with their promotions. Deal with my complaint first!

I found their stall on Saffron Walden market at the weekend whilst in town with my son. We both tried a number of meats, both hot and cold and they were amazing! Really helpful people and great food, couldn't wish for more!

1 star for poor communication and no after sales customer support .I emailed them to let them know that their couriers delivered my parcel at the wrong time , meant to be in the evening (had an email from couriers ), but it was delivered to my neighbour in the morning , when i wasn't at home .Before check out , you get to choose to tick the box if you want your parcel to be left with neighbours , i didn't tick this box , so wasn't happy that driver chose it for me !What is more annoying is that driver didn't leave a card for me to let me know that my parcel is at my neighbours , so i didnt collect it !!My neighbour didnt know what was in the box , so my parcel stayed for over a day in this hot weather ( +25 !!! ) .This company never replied to my email , not interested that i wasted £20 on meat that cant be eaten ...Parcels like that , should be labeled correctly , that food/meat is inside , so things like that dont happenLesson learned , never again !
