Laser Combat Dundee (FKA Combat City Dundee)

Absolutly brilliant place for a kids birthday party. We all had a fantastic time and the staff were so friendly and helpful. All who came loved it and are desperate to go again soon.

Poor customer service. Very long wait before the session - the email says you must turn up 30 mins early for a safety briefing but that doesn’t happen until during the session. Session was late, staff said there’s always a long pointless wait at the start of the session and didn’t seem to care. Laser arena very noisy from adjacent karting track.

Visited the Laser Tag today, booked online for myself and 4 kids truthfully I wasn't expecting much just booked it because kids never done it before and wanted to let them try something different. Turned out that it was 1 of their favourite things to do and I was enjoying it just as much. Staff all friendly atmosphere extremely relaxed. Can't wait to get back. Its literally like playing Call Of Duty in real life and super fun.

Have to say the biggest waste off money , don't waste your money on this place , go somewhere else, staff are clueless getting run by kids that probably should go back to school . Ps not even worth a star

We had another successful visit - the staff are excellent and very enthusiastic with our large groups of young people. However, the equipment is getting older and needs updated as we are always having problems which the staff do well to solve. It would be good to have a system that actually tells them who won each game as it is all a bit random, but they do still enjoy it.

It was great for the kids getting a shot of the petrol go karts. I was forgetting i was in a family race and was getting mad at the amber lights (im a big kid) but on reflection the track was great and the kids loved it. The laser tag was fantastic also. Cant believe you have cars and vans in the arena, brilliant! Good family fun, Staff were 10/10 so no complaints. Even the chips and onion rings were perfect. Keep up the good word. Thanks Richard

I had an absolutely fantastic time celebrating my son's birthday at the laser tag center! The staff went above and beyond to make the event memorable and enjoyable for everyone. Their friendliness and helpfulness really stood out, ensuring that every child had a blast. It was a seamless experience from start to finish, and I can't thank the staff enough for their outstanding service. We'll definitely be back for more fun in the future! Highly recommended for any birthday celebration or group event.

My friend and I booked this for our two 13 year old sons and their two friends. On arrival, my friend was told that our sons would not be able to take part in the session, as no-one in their party was 18.When my friend asked for a refund, the girl on the desk was very unhelpful and vague.I then agreed to stay with the boys so that they didn't miss out on their session.I decided to have a drink while I waited and asked for a small bottle of coke. The girl rang this up and looked horrified when I asked her to take it back when she asked me to pay £3!!My son had a quick look at the menu and told me that sausages on a roll cost £7.50!I would advise others to bring their own drinks and snacks, as the food and drinks are extortionate.The area to sit and spectate in is very cold, so wrap up warm.On the whole, we won't rush back.

Amazing experience. Staff were friendly, equipment of a very high standard!We booked the mega madness on the Sunday and were lucky enough to meet up with a similar group. Loads of fun!

Laser tag was great fun for kids and Adults.. You played for 2 hours with wee breaks in between , time just flew by!! Staff were very helpful and friendly, would highly recommend. We will definitely be back.
