Really great efficient service, friendly hardworking and helpful people highly recommend great advice due to this will go back nice to find genuine these days! Very pleased. Failed to have car ready on time as promised. Car then got a parking ticket when they left it on the road. Only found out when I got notice to owner. Despite several visits to garage and promises to pay, it still has not been done. Also the price quoted was not the end price & they only rectified 1 out of 3 issues. Very bad experience. STAY AWAY.......I can now add that I was threatened with a wheel brace by one of the operatives, I had to call the police. Further to that I was accused by the owner of stealing batteries from the garage! Unbelievable! These are the kind of people who give good, honest mechanics a bad name.....

Friendly, efficient service at a fair price. Didn't try to push us into spending more on things we didn't need, and final price was as quoted. Fixed the A/C on our ancient little car for little money and maximum effect. Trustworthy and reliable mechanics. Previously twice agreed to charge my scooter battery for free, even though I'd never spent a penny with them. A refreshing change from other garages out there.

Extremely happy with service received from Cartek. After getting much higher quotes from other garages that would have taken up to a week, they fixed my car on the same day at an excellent price. Very very satisfied customer.

Friendly and professional guys. Got a fast service. They were open later than other garages in the area on Saturday (2pm) and could order parts and start work by Monday morning. Dropped off the car. Work done. Paid online via a link they emailed to me and picked up that evening. Very reasonable price and good quality work. They gave me one price, not different prices for unnecessary options and price didn’t vary from original quote.

Although Imran done the job, I got a parking ticket while he had my car. He did not even tell me that he got the ticket, I only found out when the letter dropped through my door.I have been trying to get the money for the parking ticking off him since July after many promise he will pay it. I used Click Mechanic to book him and they are saying that are only there to put you in contact with a mechanic.He avoids your messages and calls. if you go to Cartek in Chingford, it seems to be always be closed.AVOID.I will be going to a small claims court to get my money.

Awesome Awesome Service.My call to Cartek was very last minute and I was desperate for assistance. The owner went beyond the extra mile to assist me and charged me a very very reasonable price.I really liked the honesty and transparency of the owner. Anyone this humble and honest is always going to be a good person.I was very satisfied with the work done and I was given a guarantee for the work and parts.I will most definitely be using again and recommending to family and friends.

Had great service from Imran at Cartek Chingford after being put in touch via ClickMechanic. COVID-19 meant that it was almost impossible to find the part needed to fix my car in the UK. Imran made extra effort to track down the part over several weeks to help me avoid paying for a *hugely* expensive spare from Suzuki directly ... which was greatly appreciated and saved me a huge chunk of cash. He was also able to quickly do an MOT at the same time. His garage picked up and dropped off the car and put the key through the letterbox so I didn't even have to be in. Great service and a great price. Recommended .

The guy who owns this place is a legend! Our wheel bearing really let go, and we had to get it fixed as we weren't prepared to cancel our plans. We spoke to no less than 5 other nearby garages who all said they weren't prepared to stay late to fix the car. Thanks the the owner at this place, the tow car was fixed, the race car collected and our first race of the season was a great one!
