TLDR: Use for general repairs, Nothing beyondI used PSS for a bathroom refurbishment. I provided the full bathroom suit and the tiles to go with it.Jim is a nice genuine guy but don't let that make you feel at ease. In the end, the job required me to fix pretty much all silicon, grouting on the walls, and the floor tiles were not cleaned or sealed when leaving. When I also went to paint the wall and where new plaster has been applied to hide plasterboard frames it began to blister. and fall off. Some floor tiles were cracked and so was one on the wall. Jim was cumbersome from start to finish, not thinking things through before performing tasks and had to redo a lot of element of work several times overFortunately, I am relatively handy so I can fix these things, however, if this were for a old lady I would not feel the same. With that said I am not happy with the level or rework I have had to carry out given the length of time that Jim was here.The job took a total of 12 weeks start to finish with plaster being applied and drying in the middle of a pandemic. Take what you want from that when the original time frame was 4 weeks.It is with a heavy heart I write this review, as I do like Jim as a person, and I originally wasn't going to but after weeks of rework I have no choice. I hope this review serves as a reason for Jim to improve and reap the rewards of his own skill set.
