Bad stock poor management poor stock quality over priced

Careline is a useful product to have but let's itself down on contract termination! On the 7th October 2022 I cancelled my mums contract by telephone due to end of life care in hospital, the same afternoon as I was at the hospital by my mums side Careline rang to say there was a problem contacting my mum ?? The operator then realised her error (note left) and apologised fair enough, Only to ring a day later 8th October to arrange collection of equipment! How insensitive!! could you not wait till Monday!!

Spoken to a lady called Angela she was so helpful with my elderly neighbour issue couldn't of asked for a better person.. she is a credit to your company... thanks again Angela
