they got rid of me after bullying me at work (credit control area) for months... this horrible place started me on panic attacks and falling back onto anxiety states... stir away from this unless the vibe has changed since 2013... stir away!

One of the worst companies I have encountered in the UK.They held an address incorrectly by formatting it incorrectly in two places and had one line wrong.They refused to change it for 3 years.How these people are left to 'enable' decisions for millions of people I do not know they are an appalling outfit.

If I could give Experian a zero I would. Considering the responsibility they hold as a company their level of customer service and ability to deal with an issue is literally one of the worse I’ve ever had to deal with! Absolutely shocking. They done even meet their own time frames on the internal procedures when they gy back to you. I’ve been dealing with them for 2 months now and so far had THREE different people contact me in the customer service team and not 1 of them has a clue. I’ve had an email yesterday requesting me to complete a questionnaire I filled in and returned weeks ago - clearly NO communications with each other or even both looking at the complaint. Boone’s has the decency to call. I’ve put it a few complaints and they can’t even deal with that efficiently!! Most frustrating and useless company that don’t meet necessary procedures. In one email I was advised of a 7 day timeline, 14 days passed and I had to email them and chase them for an update and the customer service worker had the audacity to send a snotty email to me and claimed I’d sent an email on a date I hadn’t even emailed them?!?!? Gutted that Experian have just acquired ‘clearscore’ hope they don’t turn that into a ‘(insert swear here) show’ aswell.

They block my access to credit and refuse to resolve anything, can't even provide me with the credit report I'm entitled to in 9 months. Total disgrace that a private company as shambolic as this is allowed to dictate who has access to credit. They then try to say we don't give credit decisions" which is word play and semantics. My bank was more than happy to give me a loan/credit based on income and banking history on multiple occasions

I own a business which we have very little borrowing, we have always paid our suppliers on time including our small mortgage, We live on the premises and have no outstanding debt. Experian have us listed in the bottom 10% and high risk why, we owe nothing.I found this out by asking a national company for credit whilst we were on Holiday and they refused, we have dealt with this company for seven years and they were embarassed.I then signed up for my personal credit report on a free trial, even though I cancelled after my trial they still took payment and after I was taken into hospital and I was realised they refused to refund. They in my opinion are a nasty company and should be taken to task -
