The taxi driver Mr Zaffar for 2 days cancelled my route I was late to my work . I seems like for him it is a game accepting then after few minutes cancelling, then again doing the same.

This taxi company took my 83 yr old mother home from hospital last Monday the driver didn't wear a mask as he was supposedly excempt now she has Covid !!

Booked a taxi at 7.06pm from Hollywood bowl got a text at 7.09 to say taxi was there came straight out taxi was there and just drove off without us as we were walking up to it. So we called the company and tells us that the taxi was waiting for 20 minutes and tried calling multiple times which thats not true I have the screenshots from the time of booking to the text message and for as soon as I called.... the person who answered the phone was also quite rude telling me my taxi had been waiting for 20mins when it was less then 5 mins from me booking to going out and the taxi pulling off!!! Completely unprofessional.

I had booked a taxi at 10.05 on 23/07/2021 from Haywood house , Bretton centre to Royal mail , Werrington. The app was showing 6 pounds, was paying with cash and the driver asked me for 7 pounds. I tried to explain about the rate in the app, but he was rude and demanded for 7 pounds. I was in a hurry for the duty , had no time to debate with him and so I paid 7 pounds. I have been booking golds tar taxis for a long while and is satisfied with all other drivers and the service, but this odd experience makes me so unsatisfied and would have to rethink to book it again.

Thanks for the pleasure was taken on the ride to home.
