He had never met me or my dog before but hardly asked me any questions about her and didn't interact with the dog at all, just look her away for an injection. Poor dog was petrified. I did complain about the vet but the practise owner wasn't interested. Very unprofessional.</div>

<div class="tm-category-review__desc">I can highly recommend this practice. My dog had to have entropian surgery on both eyes . From the point of consultation to surgery , Becky was amazing .It’s now been 6 weeks since the surgery and both his eyes are healed and you wouldn’t even know he’d had the procedure.And the ladies on reception couldn’t make us feel more welcome.</div>

<div class="tm-category-review__desc">I recently switched vets to here after recommendation.I won't lie, after having great service with them there was a few days whilst waiting for results the communication failed.I did send feedback in and Rob was straight on it (even though it was a Sunday). Obviously like any business the ball gets dropped occassionally but they went above and beyond to resolve it immediately. It gave me confidence and proof they do actually care not just for me but more importantly their patient.Since then the service has continued to be amazing even helping me while my pooch was poorly on holiday.I would always recommend this practice and actually it's nice to go back in time to a Independent practice rather than a huge business where your just a number.Well done to the team.</div>

<div class="tm-category-review__desc">Our dog Tilly was hit by a car whilst we were on holiday when she chased after a rabbit into a single track road. The Market Town Vet receptionist got Tilly in for a check up quickly. The vet was fantastic with our nervous dog and gave her a thorough checking over. Fortunately, Tilly will be fine after a few days of rest. Clear instructions and information given around the pain relief given and what we needed to do next with safety netting advice. The practice were fantastic at reassuring Tilly and us. I would recommend this practice to any pet owner. Thanks to all the team for being amazing.</div>

Just his annual check up and vaccinations this time, he's usually quite nervous around people but he loves James, even though he's only met him a couple of times...
