Tooting Blood Donor Centre

I'm very disappointed that I can't give 0. My fiance's English is good, but not perfect. We asked would it be possible to enter the center together to support him with completing the forms. The receptionist guy, who behaves like he would be the King, said no, and we don't need your blood. When we were there first time he tried to do it the same, but this time we had to wait outside so he simly didn't even allow us to enter the centre. Beside this jerk, not even a single member of staff had any issue with me being there with my fiance. This guy is ridiculous ans extremely rude!!! He shouldn't work there at all!!!!! Rest of the crew was great, amazing and very helpful. One guy is destroying your opinion.

Always has great friendly staff, been donating for a little while now and had a great session today. Big thanks to all staff but specifically to Jon-Paul for being very clear, thorough and the cleanest/least painful needle insertion ive had yet.

First time back in ages so a little tense. The staff were friendly and calm, everything was very well organised. I will go back there for my next blood donation.

As much as love to donate blood, this place completely put me off donating blood for the NHS, horrible staff, very unpleasant people to deal with, very robotic and uncaring attitude, passive aggressive attitude! I have a few incidents there where I was made to feel absolutely awful! I’m never going back there again! Today was the last straw. So sad!

In and out very quickly this morning (as usual with this centre), please consider giving blood here if you can especially if you work at St. George's as it is so easily accessible!

Really lovely staff. I had a bit of a funny turn while donating, they spotted I wasn’t right very quickly and sorted me out. Attentive and professional, couldn’t have done anything better. Michelle in particular was really kind and put me at ease when I wasn’t feeling well. The nurses and donor carers meant i’ve not been put off and will be donating again in the future!

Lovely people, took great care of the donors. Fitted us in after our mix up on dates. Smiles all round. + Custard Creams.

This centre is the best place to donate blood! The team, the snacks, the timing, opening times are all brilliant.I'm always a little nervous when I go, but the staff are always so lovely and reassuring. Their skills are second to none as well!I last donated on Saturday 11 November in the afternoon and everyone was so great!

Great experience. Very friendly staff. Quick turn around. I trust them and always go here to give blood
