Dreadful experience getting my two sons hair cut. Two dolled up senior stylists posed by the coffee machine idly watching as a new trainee tried and failed to achieve any semblance of a styled haircut on either of my sons heads. I waited until the student had gone to try to avoid hurting her feelings, and told the senior members of staff that I wasn't happy with the haircuts, particularly my older son's hair, which looked as jagged as medieval castle battlements.What's wrong with it?" one of the senior women asked while looking at my son

Disappointing experience. I went in for a 75 mn massage ( bday gift from friends). The therapist stopped after 45 mn. She had misread the voucher which is fair enough but even after that when she said that she was going to carry on she didn't give me more than 60 mn. The massage was lovely but I feel a bit cheated and I know that this is not what my friends would have wanted
