They are con artist they quoted me over £1000 for a key change job had me pay a deposit two weeks later they came out and spent around 2 hours in my car then said we will be back next week to do the work and never showed and never answered there phones either. I've had to report them for fraud sneaky cunning and after reporting them they have the cheek to ask for bank details again. Saying they will put my money back into account and that there is no other way to get money back other than me disclosing bank account details...... like I would fall for this again be careful guys

Thank you so much. I desperately needed a replacement key, as I am a carer and need the car in case of medical emergencies, ect.I left a message, they phoned straight back and were here within the hour.I had a new key in no time and the price was fantastic, as was there cheerful, professional service.The AA couldn't help me for 7-14 days. Definitely recommend these guys!

This company has the most professional people working for them. I mabe an inquiry just after Xmas. And got to exchange details of what I needed to a gentleman who's name is Dave. He gave me everything I needed to know and arranged a time to come to my address. Kept in touch telling when he would arrive. They came and supplied the spare key for me in no time. This company I can highly recommend. They are very helpful and professional. They not not be the cheapest,but they are certainly the best company in and the local area. Again I would like to thank Dave for everything he did for me.

Had a qashqai with worn keys. This guy gave a quote of £80 for 1 key/callout, and possibly an additional £480 for barrel replacement.I tried to call some other guys in the area for a quote for comparison, i was told by one of them that this guy said its his job" & not to give me a quote..Anyways
